摘要
分析DEA方法评价第三方物流服务商绩效的可行性,运用数据包络分析有效的处理多输入、多输出指标的决策单元评价。在数据包罗分析的基础之上提出了交叉效率的概念,弥补了传统DEA分析方法上权重与实际不太相符的缺点,为第三方物流服务商绩效评价提供了一条新的思路。运用该方法对企业的经营绩效进行分析,能及时发现问题并为企业制定经营决策等提供依据。
The paper analyzes the feasibility of the application of DEA in the performance evaluation of TPL service providers to effectively appraise the decision making units （DMU） with multiple input and output indices, on the basis of which it proposes the concept of cross efficiency which compensates for the discrepancies of traditional DRA with the reality, providing a new approach to the performance evaluation of TPL service providers. Application of such method in enterprise performance evaluation can ensure the timely detection of problems and provide references for the operation decision-making of enterprises.
