摘要
07物流团队结合专业仅对中百集团旗下的武汉中百物流配送有限公司(以下简称中百物流)进行了调研,归纳起来,我们认为,该公司与同类型其它企业相比较具有"三大优势"即资源优势、系统优势和品牌优势;而在具体物流运作中,也发现有"三点不足"即操作欠规范、作业效率低和器具易损失;07物流团队围绕着这三点不足,从专业视角提出"三项改进"措施即岗位操作标准化、业务流程科学化和设备器具责任化。
Through a field survey of the logistics operation of Wuhan Zhongbai Physical Distribution Company （ affiliated to the Wuhan Zhongbai Group Co., Ltd.）, the paper finds its three manjor advantages as compared to other companies of the same type as well as three major disadvantages in its practice of logistics operation, for which three measures for improvement are proposed.
