人生长激素(hGH)是垂体前叶分泌的一种蛋白质,是人出生后最主要的内分泌激素。随着生物技术的发展,应用基因重组技术成功生产的重组人生长激素(Recombinant Human Growth Hormone,rhGH),其在问世初期主要作为激素替代疗法用于治疗儿童成长期和成人的各种生长激素缺乏症。而后,由于其安全性和易获得性,尤其是其促进合成代谢的作用越来越受到重视,因此临床应用的适应症不断扩大。目前已被广泛地用于大面积烧伤、肠外瘘、急性坏死性胰晾炎、重症感染、扩张性心肌病、呼吸功能衰竭、重症乙肝(肝硬化)、肾衰等治疗领域,在减肥、抗衰老、美容等领域也在迅速增长。本文将就rhGH的研制、作用机理、以及临床适应症选择等问题作一探讨。

The treatment realm in reduce weight, anti -decrepitude, beauty, etc. was also in the quick growth. The developc ment of production, function mechanism, and clini- cal adaption of rhGH was discussed.
