石化项目环境风险评价初探

Research on Environmental Risk Assessment of Petrochemical Industry

环境风险评价是石油化工项目环境影响评价的一项重要内容。以一个石化仓储项目为例,阐述了环境风险评价的技术路线,给出了事故概率和污染源强的计算方法,预测了事故发生后对大气的污染影响。

Environmental risk assessment was one subject of environmental impact assessment on petrochemical insdustry. An example was used to clarify the program of environmental risk assessment, the computing formula of probability of accident and leakage ratio were analyzed. Air impact of leak pollutants was computed.
