摘要
在多煤少气贫油的背景下,煤化工得以蓬勃发展,而甲醇作为煤化工重要的基础化工原料,在全国各地开工建设,在甲醇行业发展的同时,从能耗,规模,技术,成本,设备制造,运输,设备吊装,建设,生产上我国的甲醇产业和国外还有差距,所以建议甲醇装置的设计,建设,生产上吸取先进经验,避免产能过剩,提高国际竞争力。大甲醇规模至少在60万吨以上,习惯在百万吨以上,便于提高产业规模,降低生产成本,提高竞争力。
Under the background of more coal, less gas and poor in oil, coal chemicals in China was vigorously developed. Methanol plants were under construction all over China since the methanol was regarded as important and basic chemical raw feed for coal chemicals. Though the methanol industry was thriving in China, energy consumption, plant scale, technology, cost, equipment manufacturing, transportation and lifting, plant construction and operation still lack and behind some other countries in the world. Some suggestions were put forward when constructing methanol plants that advanced experience in design, construction and production aspects in the world be absorbed, excess production capacity avoided and therefore international competitive power enhanced, especially the plant capacity being at 600,000t/y, and even at 1,000,000t/y, in favor of industry scale increasing, production cost reducing and competitive power enhancing.
