学分制是一种先进的教学管理体系,拥有自主选修、因材施教、学制灵活、培养计划开放等优点。本文介绍了安徽理工大学材料学院适应完全学分制教学管理模式改革的新要求,按照"低年级重基础教学,高年级分专业方向"的原则制定高素质应用型综合性人才培养计划,拓宽材料类专业人才培养的思路、主要特点和在复合材料新专业本科学生教学中所做的初步探索。

In term of ＂Basic for Junior, Specialty for Senior＂, the development plan of applied all - around people was constituted by open up the ideas and specialities and the new exploration in the freshmen of new composite specialty.
