叶酸接枝聚乙二醇化壳聚糖衍生物的合成 被引量:5

Synthesis of O-PEG-N-folate-chitosan derivatives

摘要 本文通过邻苯二甲酸酐保护壳聚糖的2-NH2,在壳聚糖的6-OH上引入聚乙二醇单甲醚。再经脱保护基团、2-NH2挂接叶酸,合成了叶酸接枝的聚乙二醇化壳聚糖。目标物用FT-IR,1HNMR,UV-Vis进行了表征。 mPEG and folic acid were grafted into chitosan for potential gene carrier for tumor cells. N-phthaloyl chitosan was prepared for protected amino groups of chitosan, then N-phthaloyl chitosan was reacted with MPEG iodide and removed N-phthaloyl group subsequently. Finally, the folic acid was grafted to the amino group of chitosan and O-mPEG-N-folate-chitosan derivative was prepared. The structures of chitosan and its derivatives were characterized and confirmed by 1H NMR, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. O-mPEG-N-folate-chitosan may be used as potential gene carrier for tumor cells.
