摘要 The trace elements of Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn and Co in the Chinese onion has been determinded by atomic absorption spectrometry.At the same time the difference of trace elements of the three parts:bulb、stem and leaves in Chinese onion has been obtained by the analysis.The result indicates that the contents of these five trace elements in Chinese onion plants are rich,but the contents of the five trace elements is different from the different parts.There are more Fe、Cu in bulb and more Mn、Zn and Co in leaves.This method is easy,fast,less interference and the result is satisfactory.The result also provides theory basis for the further study of Chinese onion’s eatable and medical values.
