摘要
中小学教师教育技术能力培训已经成为教师教育的重要内容，也是加快教育信息化步伐的重要保证。文章结合固原市的基础环境、实际条件以及以往在教育技术培训中存在的问题，探讨了固原市在中小学教师教育技术培训中应采取的具体措施。
Educational technology training of elementary and secondary school teachers has become an important content of teacher education, and also ensures the accelerated pace of educational informationization. By relating to the foundational environment, actual conditions and problems in previous educational technology training of Guyuan City, this article discusses the specific measures that Guyuan City should adopt in training elementary and secondary school teachers＇educational technology literacy.
