高职医学检验专业《生物化学检验》教学方法探讨

Teaching method of Biochemical Laboratory Science for medical clinical laboratory specialty at vocational schools

介绍了3年制高职医学检验专业《生物化学检验》课程教学改革的情况，提出了以疾病为中心，以主要技术方法为线索，以临床诊断和治疗所涉及的检验项目为主要教学改革内容及采取“三优一减”的方法。指出在实验教学上开展以培养知识应用能力、综合分析能力和初步的科研能力为目的的综合性、设计性实验及采取开放式实验教学，更有利于培养学生实践技能和创新能力。

This article introduces the teaching reform in Biochemical Laboratory Science for threeyear program of medical clinical laboratory. It took diseases as the center, major techniques as the clue, the examination projects involved in clinical diagnosis and treatment as the main reform content, and adopted ＂ three-optimization and one-reduction＂ method. The paper points out that in experiment teaching teachers should conduct comprehensive and design-based experiment and open-style experiment teaching aiming at developing students＇knowledge application ability, comprehensive analysis ability and preliminary scientific research ability, which is more favorable in raising students＂ practice skills and innovative ability.
