摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法对12个菖蓿品种植株的地上部分Fe、Zn和Mn等3种微量元素含量进行了测定分析。结果表明,紫花苜蓿地上部全株中人体所需Fe、Mn和Zn等微量元素含量丰富,Fe质量分数为211.35~300.19ug/g;Zn质量分数为42.80~57.65ug/g;Mn质量分数为55.31-91.19ug/g。并且,不同品种植株中微量元素含量由高到低顺序均为Fe、Mn、Zn。
Ten kinds by atomic absorption human body such as of trace elements ( Fe, Zn, Mn) in the plant of Alfalfa are detected and analyzed spectrophotometry (AAS)o The results showed that some elements essential to Fe, Zn and Mn of alfalfa are abundant in alfalfa, the content of Fe, Mn and Zn was 211.35 -300. 19 ug/g, 42. 80 -57.65 ug/g and 55.31 -91.92 ug/g. In the plant of 12 Afalfa, the content sequence of different microelements was found to be w(Fe) 〉w(Mn) 〉w(Zn).
