摘要 采用硝酸-高氯酸混合酸湿法消解处理样品,以氧化物发生原予荧光法测定了饶平海域柘林湾中不同养殖场的牡蛎、鱼、虾等海产品中的砷和汞。在最佳测试条件下测得砷和求的检出限为0.020ug/L和0.009ug/L,相对标准偏差为0.04%~0.11%,回收率为99.2%~106.2%和92.4%~108.0%. The samples were digested by use of nitric acid perchloric acid mixture. Hydride generation atomic fluorescenc, e spectrometry was used for determination of As and Hg in fish, shrimp and other seafood in different oyster farms in Zhelin Raoping Bay . Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit of As and Hg were 0. 020 ug/L and 0. 009 ug/L, RSD was 0.4% - 1.1% , recovery were 99.2% 106.2% and 92.4% - 108.0% , respectively.
