基于战略思考的城市设计探析--以广西凭祥市概念性城市设计为例

The Research on Urban Planning under Strategic Thinking:A Case Study of Pingxiang Conceptual Urban Planning

缺乏战略思考的城市设计在立项与委托阶段、编制阶段、实施阶段均存在问题。在城市设计工作中加强战略思考,其最重要的意义是通过提升研究视角的高度及拓展研究视角广度,提高城市设计的前瞻性,更准确地把握城市空间特色,有助于城市空间与城市定位的对接。"印象凭祥"城市设计通过基础研究分析核心战略要素,以此为依据制定城市设计目标,进而从生态景观安全格局、城市风貌总体框架、重要片区设计、微观要素引导4个层面确定方案,体现了战略思考运用在总体城市设计当中对提高设计成果质量的作用。

Without an overall strategy the various phases of urban design can create problems. Applying strategic thinking to urban design will broaden the designer＇s perspective and help them understand the character of urban space. The ＂Pingxiang Impressions＂ urban design analyzes key strategic elements and creates an urban design vision. The plan is based on landscape ecology, safety, the existing cityscape, design of unique districts, and landscape guidelines. The Pingxiang plan successfully applies strategic thinking to the city＇s general urban design.
