摘要
通过酸、碱和碱-机械法处理皮革固体废弃物,分离提取胶原纤维。研究了将不同处理方法提取的胶原纤维加入到纸浆中,对成纸强度性能的影响。结果表明,各分离提取方法提取的胶原纤维对纸张的强度性能都有提高,但是分离提取胶原纤维过程中会产生废液,对环境产生二次污染。
In this paper, after acid, alkali mechanical method, alkaline handling with leather solid waste, and isolation of collagen fibers, we studied on extraction of collagen fibers by different treatment, added to the plant fiber that the impact of strength properties of paper. The results showed that collagen fibers increased the strength properties of paper which was extracted by the separation and extraction method. But in the process of separated collagen fibers there were waste produced which chanced secondary pollution to the environment.
