摘要
目的研究五加科五加属植物刺五加(Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms)茎叶中的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶色谱法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和谱学分析鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香苷(sydgin,1)、刺五加苷B,(eleutheroside B1,2)、刺五加苷D(eleutheroside D,3)、甘露醇(mannitol,4)、丁香醛(syringaldehyde,5)、2,6-二甲氧基苯甲酸苄酯(2,6-dimethoxybenzoic acid phenylmethyl ester,6)、salvadoraside(7)。结论化合物5-7为首次从五加属植物中分离得到的已知化合物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the stems and leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus ( Rupr. et Maxim. ) Harms. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and identified by physical-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Seven compounds were obtained and identified as syrigin ( 1 ), eleutheroside B1 (2), eleutheroside D (3), mannitol (4), syringaldehyde (5) ,2, 6-dimethoxybenzoic acid phenylmethyl ester(6), salvadoraside (7). Conclusions Compounds 5- 7 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
