小儿吐泻宁散的薄层色谱鉴别方法研究

Qualitative analysis of Xiaoer Tuxiening powder by thin layer chromatography

目的建立小儿吐泻宁散中陈皮、厚朴、甘草、茯苓4种药材的薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对小儿吐泻宁散中的陈皮、厚朴、甘草、茯苓四味药材进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱法可检出陈皮、厚朴、甘草、茯苓,斑点清晰,阴性对照均无干扰。结论薄层色谱法呈现斑点清晰、特异性强,可用于小儿吐泻宁散中特定成分的定性鉴别。

Objective To establish a thin layer chromatography （TLC） method for qualitatively analyzing Xiaoer Tuxiening power. Methods The TLC was used to identify Periearpium citri reticulatae, Magnolia bark, Radix Glycyrrhiza and Porla in Xiaoer Tuxiening power. Results The four medical materials in Xiaoer Tuxieningpower were well separated, and the spots were clear. The negative control showed no interference. Conclusion TLC is apt to identify Peficarpium cirri reticulatae, Magnolia bark, Radix Glycyrrhiza and Poria in Xiaoer Tuxiening power because of its clear spots and good specificity.
