This paper systematically reviewed the theoretical background, hypothetical condition and basic principles of International Balance of Payments Crisis Model. This paper, simultaneously,analysised and explained development of International Balance of Payments Crisis Model,and researched the outstanding advantages and practical difficulties of International Balance of Payments Crisis Model in explain the crisis from the global financial crisis in perspective.
