摘要 本文主要从木质部细胞分化常用的实验系统、木质部细胞分化的诱导、木质部细胞的编程性死亡以及次生壁的构建4个方面阐述了木质部细胞分化的研究。 In this paper a brief description is give of the current progress of studies on cell differentiation in the xylem from the following four aspects: the system used for experiments on xylem cell differentiation ,the induction of xylem cell differentiation, programmed cell death (PCD) in the xylem, and the construction of the secondary wall.
