摘要
百色水利枢纽全断面碾压混凝土重力坝近坝区缺乏天然骨料,故须用附近辉绿岩和石灰岩加工人工骨料。通过系统的勘察、规划、试验、分析、研究及实用经验总结,探清了辉绿岩料场的分布、规模及性质,探明了辉绿岩的岩性、碱活性、破碎性、混凝土性能及加工成本,开创性地采用坚硬的辉绿岩大规模作为筑坝砂石骨料,避免了采用当地石灰岩面临薄层、夹泥、含燧石造成的开采难度大、弃料多、成本高、骨料有碱活性反应等诸多难题。
Because of lack of natural aggregate near the dam site, it is necessary to make artificial aggregate from diabase or limestone thereabout for the construction of the full-face RCC gravity Dam for Baise Water Control Project. Through systemic investigation, reconnaissance, planning, experiment, analysis, research and the summarization made on the practical experiences concerned, the quarry distribution, scale, and characteristics of the diabase are explored and then the hthology, alkali reactivity, crumbliness, concrete property and the processing cost, etc. are obtained. In this way, the hard diabase is initiatively used on a large scale for making the artificial aggregate for the dam construction, and consequently, the problems of difficult to be quarried, more spoils, higher cost, alkali-activity of aggregate, etc. caused by the local limestone with thin layers, mud intercalations and flint-content are avoided as well.
