摘要
本文利用一套三维有限元温度场和应力场计算程序,对1/2活塞模型进行了温度场、热变形和机械变形的分析计算。所得活塞裙部的变形规律,充分体现了利用复合材料所确定的裙部外型面特征。较完整地反映了活塞的结构特点和工作特点。
In this paper,a set of programmes for 3-dimensional FE temperaturefield and stress field has been developed,by which we ealeulated thetemperature field,heat deformation and mechanical deformation of a3-dimensional FE model simulating half a piston.The deformating law ofpiston skirt obtained by numerical analysis fully reflects the characteristicsof piston skirt profile determined by use of composite material.It presentscomprehensively the structural and operating features of the piston.
