摘要
以西部某省3县为例,实证分析筹资总额、基金使用率、住院率、次均住院费用、补偿方案设计和病人流向等因素对住院实际补偿比的影响,进而提出相应建议以提高新型农村合作医疗住院实际补偿比。
The article had taken three counties in western province as an example, analyzed the inffuemce of total funds, fund utilization, hospitalization rate, average hospitalization expenses, design of the compensation plan and patient flow, etc on the in-patient＇ compensation ratio, then put forward the proposals in order to increase the in-patient＇ compensation ratio of new rural cooperative medical sheme.
