猪瘟乳前免疫问题的研究及其相关试验 被引量:1

摘要 在仔猪初生阶段免疫功能尚不健全时接种猪瘟疫苗的猪瘟乳前免疫方法,我国已广泛应用了几十年。然而,这种方法一直广受国外养猪专家的质疑,国内近年来也开始出现对这一问题的不同声音。为研究这一问题,笔者与相关人员设计并完成了一项猪瘟乳前免疫相关试验。结果表明,乳前免疫可能存在使仔猪产生免疫耐受性的风险;仔猪母源抗体值与母猪抗体值显著相关;仔猪通过吸食初乳,能获得几乎与母猪相同的对猪瘟的免疫力,而且可以维持足够长时间;仔猪的猪瘟免疫问题,完全可以通过加强母猪的猪瘟免疫来解决,乳前免疫纯属不必要;如果猪场担心猪瘟问题,适当提前仔猪猪瘟初免时间,似未尝不可。
