摘要
通过研究,证明利用超声波检出四大管道热工仪表(温度、压力测点插座)管座角焊缝危害性缺陷,提高了四大管道制造的整体质量,为我国大型机组四大管道避免产生同类危害性缺陷提供了行之有效的方法,并对有关的制造检测问题进行了探讨和研究。
Research shows that using ultrasonic to detect harmful defects in nozzle stubs of thermal meter (tempera- ture and pressure measuring point sockets) for HTHP may raise whole manufacture quality of HTHP, provide effective methods to prevent the same harmful defects occurred in HTHP in domestic large units, then, this paper studied problems about manufacture and detection of Fillet welds.
