摘要 针对250 MW机组冷态启动中由于中压缸温差大相继发生机组振动值较以前增大现象,从运行的角度分析中压缸温差大原因及对振动的影响,探讨控制中压缸温差的手段,以达到冷态顺利启机和避免发生设备损坏的目的。 The temperature difference for IP casing of 250 MW unit made by Hitachi caused successive vibrations dur- ing cold start, which are severe since 2007. Considering the situation, this paper analyzed the reasons for excessive temperature difference of IP casing and causes of vibration. It also studied the measures to control IP casing temperature for purposes of implementing successful cold start and avoiding any damage to the equipment.
