摘要
广州发电厂3号锅炉大修后,在额定负荷运行时,过热汽温长期低过530℃,在低负荷运行时,汽温更低,影响锅炉和汽轮机的安全运行,文章分析了3号炉汽温偏低的原因,提出和实施提高过热汽温的技术措施,控制汽温在规程规定的范围内,取到明显的效果。
In Guangzhou Power Plant,the superheated steam temperature of boiler 3 is long-term lower than 530℃ in rated load operation after the overhaul, especially in low - load operation. The situation is concerned to the safety of boiler and steam turbine operation. This paper analyzes the reasons for low steam temperature of boiler 3, then propo- ses and implements some technical measures which can raise superheated steam temperature to control the tempera- ture within the scope of specification, the measures obtain significant results.
