摘要
本文介绍了曲轴强度的一种计算方法。本方法是基于把曲轴看成一根刚性支承的连续梁,并假设在各单位曲柄长度相同的前提下,各单位曲柄刚度相等,经过这些简化后,建立起一种计算模型。通过推导,得到一组较为简单的计算公式。本计算方法与以往的计算方法不同,它比弹性支承连续梁法简单,便于在设计阶段对曲轴进行强度计算,而又比简支梁法更接近曲轴的实际受力情况,结果比较准确。文章还初步分析了采用本计算方法的理由和导致这些结果的原因。
This paper describes a method for crankshaft stress calculation.In themethod,the crankshaft is treated as a rigidly supported continuous beam.Inaddition,it is assumed that each unit length of the crankshaft has the samestiffness.A model is then established for the crankshaft and a set ofsimplified formulas is derived for its calculation.This method differs fromthe previous one for elastically supported continuous beams in that it issimpler and easier for use in crankshaft stress calculation at the designstage;and from the method for simply supported beams in that it is moreapproaching to the actual force acting upon the crankshaft,hence moreaccurate.In the paper the possible causes for above differences ore alsogiven and the feasibility of the present method is discussed.
