摘要
屈服设计方法和断裂力学设计准则是材料设计的主要方法。NACE TM0177-2005方法D已给出了材料的环境断裂韧性试验方法,ISO 11960也给出了材料允许的最小环境断裂韧性值,但在油气田的选材上尚未采用断裂力学的设计方法。对油、套管断裂韧性试验方法进行了详细介绍,计算出含不同深度裂纹的相同几何尺寸的C110和T95两种套管的应力强度因子,分析了油、套管环境开裂机理,在满足屈服准则条件下。
Yield strength design method and fracture mechanics design criteria are major material design philosophy. Method D in NACE TM0177-2005 describes clearly material environment fracture toughness test and ISO 11960 gives the min value of material environment fracture toughness. However, fracture mechanics design method has not been adopted in material selection of tubes and casings in oil and gas field. Introduced are different test methods of tube and casing fracture-toughness, calculated are stress intensity factors of C110 and T95 casings with the same geometry according different crack depths and analyzed are the environmental stress cracking mechanism of tube and casing. In tube and casing design, the yield criteria shall be met and the mechanics design criteria shall be met also, which provides a new reference for material selection of tube and casing.
