摘要
目的观察氟伐他汀对糖尿病大鼠心功能及心室重塑的影响。方法给予SD大鼠ip链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病模型。观察氟伐他汀及联合胰岛素治疗对糖尿病大鼠的体重、血糖、24h代谢、心功能及心室重塑的影响。结果氟伐他汀对糖尿病大鼠的体重、血糖及24h代谢情况无明显影响(P>0.05),可改善糖尿病大鼠的心电图、心功能及心室重塑指标(P<0.05)。结论氟伐他汀对糖尿病大鼠心肌病变具有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Fluvastatin on cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in diabetic rats. METHODS Diabetic model was established by administration of steptozotocin intraperitoneally in SD rats to observe the effects of Fluvastatin and combined insulin therapy on body weight, blood sugar, 24 h of metabolism, cardiac function and ventricular remodeling of diabetic rats. RESULTS There were no significant effects of Fluvastatin on body weight, blood sugar and 24 h of metabolism on diabetic rats (P 〉 0. 05 ). However, Fluvastatin improved the parameters of ECG, cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in diabetic rats(P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Fluvastatin has a protective effect on myocardiopathy in diabetic rats.
