Extraction process for resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum

摘要 目的研究虎杖中白藜芦醇的最佳提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交实验,以白藜芦醇的提取率为评价指标。选用酸性溶剂超声提取。结果乙醇浓度和提取次数对提取效率有显著影响,白藜芦醇的提取率可达0.86%。最佳提取工艺为:采用10倍量(pH2)的60%乙醇超声提取2次,每次10min。结论所用工艺对中药虎杖大规模开发利用具有重要意义。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the best extractive process for resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb et Zucc. METHODS A four - factor - three - level orthogonal array design was developed for the optimization of the extraction using the content of rcsveratrol and extraction rate as indexes. RESULTS The ethanol concentration and extractive times had notable effects on the extraction. The optimal process was obtained as follows:the sample was uhrasonic extracted twice and 10 min for each time using 10 times of 60% ethanol(pH2). CONCLUSION The optimal process is rational economic with high yield of effective ingredients and instrumental in developing of Polygonum cuspidatum.
