摘要
为探讨不同浓度的DCPTA浸种处理对玉米幼苗生长的影响,研究了增产胺(DCPTA)对玉米种子发芽成苗及其生物量的影响。结果表明:DCPTA浸种处理能显著增加玉米幼苗的高度,使2叶期幼苗的株高增加了7.41%~40.10%,使根冠比、地下部分干重增加,增长率分别达到13.36%~29.77%和2.47%~113.58%。玉米幼苗叶片叶绿素总含量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b在0.67mL/L,0.4mL/L,0.29mL/L浓度下低于对照,2mL/L浓度下高于对照;发芽种子呼吸速率在0.67mL/L,0.4mL/L,0.29mL/L浓度下高于对照,2mL/L浓度下低于对照;玉米幼苗丙二醛含量在0.67mL/L,0.4mL/L,0.29mL/L浓度下高于对照,2mL/L浓度下低于对照。
Maize seeds were soaked by different concentration DCPTA to study the effects on their germination, seedling growth and biomass. The results showed that the maize seedling height, crown/root ratio and aerial dry weight of maize seedlings from their seeds treated by DCPTA was 7.41%-40.10%, 13.36%-29.77% and 2.47%-113.58% higher than CK respectively, the total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content of seedlings treated by 0. 67mL/L, 0. 4mL/L and 0. 29mL/L DCPTA was lower than CK but the total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content of seedling treated by 2mL/L DCPTA was higher than CK, the respiratory rate of germinating seeds treated 0. 67mL/L, 0.4 mL/L and 0.29 mL/L DCPTA was higher than CK but the respiratory rate of germinated seeds treated by 2 mL/L DCPTA was lower than CK, and the MDA content of seedlings treated by 0.67 mL/L, 0.4 mL/ L and 0.29mL/L DCPTA was higher than CK but the MDA content of seedlings treated by 2mL/L DCPTA was lower than CK.
