摘要
为了解温度对棘胸蛙(Paa spinosa)胚胎发育及蝌蚪表型特征的影响,将受精卵分别在20℃、23℃、26℃和29℃4个不同温度下孵化及驯养。测定各温度下受精卵的发育时间及蝌蚪体长、全长等表型特征变化。结果表明:20-23℃是棘胸蛙适合的孵化温度,孵化率均在80%以上,随着温度升高,孵化速度增加,但孵化率明显下降;温度对棘胸蛙全长与体长等表型特征具有显著影响,在23~29℃温度范围内,随着温度增加,其增加量降低,增速减小。
The fertilized Paa spinosa eggs were incubated at 20℃, 23℃, 26℃, and 29℃, respectively, to study the impact of the temperature on embryo development and phenotypic characteristics of tadpole. The growing stages of fertilized eggs, body length and total length of tadpoles were measured. Results showed that the most suitable water temperature for hatching was 20-23℃, with hatching rate of 80%, the hatch getting faster but hatching rate decreased when temperature increased. Temperature had significant effect on total length and body length of tadpoles of P. spinosa, length increment decreased and growth rate reduced along with the increase of temperature in range of 23-29℃.
