摘要
比较了紫红龙、晶红龙、粉红龙和当地量天尺火龙果品种的扦插生根效果,并用不同浓度生长调节剂处理火龙果插条,以探讨不同品种火龙果扦插成活率存在的差异和生长调节剂对火龙果扦插生根的影响。结果表明,天尺火龙果扦插育苗的生根效果最好,其次是紫红龙,效果最差的是粉红龙。使用生长调节剂后,除生根剂200mg/L对火龙果没有促根作用外,其余处理对火龙果插穗的生根率均有显著的促进作用,以IBA综合效果最好,可作火龙果快速繁殖理想的生根剂。
Different growth regulators with different concentrations were used in cuttings of Zihonglong pitaya variety based on comparison of the cutting rooting effect between four tested pitaya varieties to study the different cutting survival rate and effect of different plant regulators on cutting rooting of Zihonglong pitaya variety. The results showed that the cutting rooting effect of different tested varieties was Tianchi 〉 Zihonglong 〉 Fenhonglong, the tested growth regulators with different concentrations, except the rooting agent with 200mg/L, had the significant promotion effect on cutting rooting of Zihonglong pitaya variety. IBA with the best comprehensive effect is an ideal root-promoting agent for rapid propagation of pitaya.
