摘要
为了对苦瓜的优质高产提供理论依据,研究了三十烷醇(TRIA)、赤霉素(GA3)、萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)等不同植物生长调节剂对苦瓜花粉活力的影响。结果表明:不同植物生长调节剂对苦瓜花粉活力的影响不同,同一植物生长调节剂的不同浓度也有不同的影响。6种植物生长调节剂中,对苦瓜花粉萌发率的促进作用由大到小为IBA>GA3>IAA>2,4-D>NAA>TRIA;而对苦瓜花粉管生长速率的促进作用由大到小为GA3>TRIA>NAA>2,4-D>IAA>IBA。以GA3250 mg/L对苦瓜花粉活力促进作用最佳。
Six plant growth regulators (TRIA, GA3, NAA, IAA, IBA and 2,4-D) were used in pollen suspending solution of Momordica charantia to study the effect on pollen vitality of Momordica charantia. The results showed that different plant growth regulators and the same plant growth regulators with different concentration had different effect on pollen vitality of Mornordica charantia. The promotion effect of six plant growth regulators on pollen germination rate was IBA〉GA3 〉 IAA〉2,4-D〉 NAA〉 TRIA, and the promotion effect of six plant growth regulators on pollen tube growth rate was GA3 TRIA〉NAA〉2,4-D〉IAA〉IBA. The best promotion effect on pollen vitality was GA3 with 250 mg/L.
