RP-HPLC法同时测定祛疣酊中芍药苷丹皮酚的含量

Determination of Peoniflorin and Paeonol in QuYou Tincture by RP-HPLC

目的:建立祛疣酊中芍药苷、丹皮酚的RP-HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:HypersilODS-C18柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:230nm;柱温:20℃。结果:芍药苷、丹皮酚的线性范围分别为0.0555～0.666μg(r=0.99993)、0.112～2.241μg(r=0.99994),平均加样回收率分别为97.64%、99.97%,RSD分别为1.32%、0.99%。结论:本方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于祛疣酊的质量控制。

Objectives： To establish the method for determination of peoniflorin and paeonol in QuYou Tincture by RPHPLC. Methods： HPLC was used with a chromatographic column of HYpersil ODS-C18 and mobile phase of aeetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was 230nm and the column ternperature was 20℃. Results ： The lineafities of peoniflorin and paeonol were in the range of 0. 0555 - 0. 666μg （ r = 0. 99993 ）, 0.112 - 2. 241 μg （ r = 0.99994）, average recoveries were 97.64%, 99. 97%, and RSD of 1.32%, 0.99% separately. Conclusions： The method was accurate, sensitive, reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of QuYou Tincture.
