中药敷贴对住院骨折患者术后腹胀的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Bone racture patients by Using the Chinese Dressing to Eliminate the Distension

目的:观察中药敷料贴脐消除骨折术后腹胀的疗效。方法:对160例骨折术后患者腹胀随机分成排气汤组、敷贴组和对照组,观察消除腹胀的疗效。结果:排气汤组和敷贴组对骨折术后腹胀有明显的疗效(P<0.05)。结论:中药敷料贴脐因显效、方便,可以作为治疗骨折术后腹胀的有效方法。

Objectives： To discuss the effect of Chinese Dressing in the treatment of eliminate the distension of bone fracture patients. Methods： To divide 160 cases of bone fracture patients randomly into Pai Qi Tang group, Chinese Dressing group and the control group, and to observe the treatment effect of eliminating the distension. Results： Pai Qi Tang Group and Chinese Dressing group have significant effect on eliminating of distension （ P 〈 0. 05 ） Conclusions ： Because of it＇s treatment effect and it＇s useful, Chinese Dreessing is a effective way to treat the distension of bone fracture patients.
