利益机制视域下临床适宜技术的推广

Appropriate technologies for the clinical promotion in the perspective of interest mechanism

通过阐述利益机制、临床适宜技术的概念,剖析了临床适宜技术推广中涉及到的三个利益主体——卫生行政部门、公立医院、患者,最后提出理顺各利益主体的利益关系,推动适宜技术的临床利用,从而实现适宜技术为医疗卫生服务、为人民健康服务的应用价值和经济价值。

Based on the description of the benefit mechanism and the appropriate technology, there are three stakeholders related to the scale-up of appropriate technology, involving with the health administrative sectors, the hospitals, and the patients. And the conclusion is to identify the benefit relationship and role between three stakeholders to promote the clinical use of appropriate technology to achieve better health services for people.
