摘要
医患关系是医疗服务的本质,关系到医院的生存和发展。通过医患博弈分析,得出患者是否选择到医院就诊取决于对医疗服务质量的评价。患者对医院是否会提供高质量的医疗服务的判断带有主观性。医院应该以病人为中心,提高医疗服务质量,提高市场竞争力。
By the static game analysis of doctor and patient, the findings show the appraisal of medical service quality is the key factor for the patients to choose the hospital. For the patients, their judge on high-quality service is subjective. Hospitals should be patient-centered, improve medical service quality and market competitiveness.
