摘要
[目的]获得2007年玉溪市结核分枝杆菌复合菌群(MTBC)耐药性数据。[方法]对玉溪市2007年登记菌阳患者分离的(MTBC)采用WHO/IUATLD规定的1%比例进行HRS和E耐药性检测及菌型鉴定。[结果]共纳入并获得59例病例的药敏结果及菌型鉴定,其中MTB58例,占98.3%;非结核分枝杆菌1例,占1.7%。样本总体耐药率为62.1%,MDR耐药率为5.2%,其中初始耐药率为61.1%,初始MDR耐药率为1.8%,获得性耐药率为75%,获得性MDR耐药性为50%。[结论]玉溪市结核病耐药处于国际上较高水平,今后要进一步加强耐药结核病的防治及管理工作。
Objective To obtain the data on drug resistance (DR) of Mycoba tuberculosis complexes(MTBC) strains of Yuxi in 2007. Method All new registered MTBC positive patients in 2007 were sampled to do species identification and drug susceptibility testing of isoniazid ( H ), rifampicin ( R ), streptomycin ( SM ) and ethambutol ( E ) by one percent proportion method according to Guidelines for surveillance of drug resistance in tubeyculosis of WHO/IUATLD. Results 59 patients were chosen in the study, 58 ( 98.3% ) M .tuberculosis and 1 ( 1.7% ) non-tuberculosis mycobacterium were identified. The total DR rate was 62.1% and total multi-drug resistance ( MDR ) was 5.2%. The initial DR rate was 61.1% and initial MDR rate was 1.8%.The acquired DR rate was 75% acquired MDR rate was 50%. Conclusion The prevalence of drug-resistant tuberculosis was a high level inYuxi and the TB control program should be strengthened.
