从以下几个方面介绍了橡胶行业当前的节能技术:节能新工艺设备、轮胎硫化工艺设备的节能措施、输送带生产中的节能措施、应用变频技术节能、应用电磁感应加热技术节能、谐波滤除及无功补偿节能、远红外加热节能。说明我国橡胶行业的节能技术与国际先进水平相比还是有一定差距的。

Introduced the current energy-saving technologies of rubber industry as the following aspects： new process equipment for energy-efficient, energy-saving measures of tire curing process equipment, energy-saving measures of conveyor belt production, the application of inverter energy- saving technology, the application of energy saving technology for electromagnetic induction heating, harmonic wave filter and reactive power compensation for energy, energy-saving technology of far- infrared heating. It is indicated that compared with the international advanced level, China＇s rubber industry still has some gaps of energy-saving technologies.
