摘要
一些名优白酒中所含呈香呈味微量物质在乙醇-水体系中形成了各自微观形态。本文采用扫描探针显微镜对酱香型茅台酒的三种不同度数成品酒作了AFM(原子力显微镜模式)扫描,作出AFM微观扫描图。从扫描图上可以观察到茅台成品酒的微观形态,其与浓香型白酒的微观形态比较呈现出一种景观。
Some famous liquor with fragrant flavor contained in trace substances forms their own micro-morphology in the ethanol-water system. In this article, Using scanning probe microscopy to make the AFM (atomic force microscope mode) scanning of the three different degrees of Maotai wine to make micro-scan AFM. From the scan we can observe the morphology of the Maotai wine, Compared with the micro-morphological of Luzhou-flavor liquor, reveals a landscape.
