廊坊市食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的检测及污染状况分析 被引量:11

摘要 本试验通过检测生鲜肉、熟肉、生牛乳、生鸡蛋、酱菜、生食水产品6类样品共54份,结果在5类样品中均检出了该菌,总检出率为42.6%,证实了廊坊市超市和市场金黄色葡萄球菌污染食品的程度较高且分布广泛。在不同种类食品样品中,金黄色葡萄球菌的检出率存在明显差异,其中生鲜肉和生牛乳中金黄色葡萄球菌的检出率偏高,说明该菌污染这两类食品的机率较大。 Totally 54 various samples were tested including raw meat, cooked meat, raw milk, raw eggs, pickles, aquatic products. As a result, we detected Staphylococcus aureus in five kinds of samples. The total detection rate was 42.6%, it was proved that food contaminated by Staphylococcus aureus is universal and pollution level is high in the supermarket and the market near my school .There was a significant difference in detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus among all the food samples, and the detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus in raw meat and raw milk was higher than in the others, which showed that the probability of this bacterium to pollute raw meat and raw milk was high.
