芝麻油中的芝麻素在盐酸存在下与糠醛作用生成红色化合物,其颜色深浅与芝麻油含量成正比关系这一原理,可测出芝麻油纯度,判定是否是纯芝麻油。该方法使用仪器简单,具有可操作性强,准确度高,实际应用简单易行,是一个简捷、经济的测定方法。
The sesamin reacts with furfural under hydrochloride and produced red compounds,the color of the compounds is proportional to sesame oil and we can detect the sesame oil purity and judge whether it is pure.This method is simple and has high accuracy.
