摘要
针对传统方式下出线各保护装置、分段母线保护装置与简易母线保护装置之间存在较多硬开入连线而导致二次回路接线复杂的问题,提出采用面向通用对象的变电站事件(generic object oriented substation event,GOOSE)报文通信机制取代传统保护装置之间的闭锁信号,实现简易母线保护。介绍了基于GOOSE报文通信机制母线保护装置的基本原理、应用结构及其配置,并以110kV东方变电站母线W1、W2保护装置为例说明保护动作逻辑。实际应用情况表明:采用GOOSE报文通信机制取代传统保护装置之间的闭锁信号,可以快速解决变电站10kV母线短路故障对开关柜和变压器的危害问题。
Aiming at the wiring complexity of secondary circuit caused by considerable hard connections among outlet protections, sectionalized bus protections and simple bus protections under conventional mode, the message communication mechanism of generic object oriented substation event (GOOSE) is proposed to substitute for the locking signal among traditional protections and realize simple bus protection. The basic principle, application structure and configuration of bus protection based on GOOSE message communication mechanism are described; the operation logic of protection is illustrated with Buses W1, W2 protection in 110 kV Dongfang Substation. Practical applications show that replacing the locking signal among traditional protections with GOOSE message communication mechanism can rapidly protect switch cabinets and transformers from the harm of 10 kV bus short-circuit faults in substations.
