按审核日期统计的疫情报表重新生成问题浅见

Opinions on Regenerating Epidemic Reports Calculated by Verification Date

目的为完善网络直报系统,使其生成的各种报表更加客观、真实、可信、可用。方法分析网络直报系统中按审核日期统计的报表生成时间,对不同时间生成的疫情报表数据进行对比、分析及统计学处理。结果按审核日期统计的报表都在年内生成后,年终重新生成。两次生成的报表,数据差异极大,存在一定的问题。结论年终重新生成按审核日期统计的疫情报表意义不大,并致使来年的疫情分析表产生传染病报告数比上年同期升高的错觉,建议网络直报系统年终不再重新生成按审核日期统计的报表。

Objective To improve the internet-based reporting system and to make different kinds of reports generated more objective, authentic, reliable and practicable. Methods The generation time of various epidemic reports in the iatenmet-bascd reporting system was analyzed. Data from epidemic reports generated not simultaneously were compared, analyzed and statistically treated. Results Epidemic reports in the internet-based reporting system are generated within the year and then regenerated at the end of the year. Epidemic reports by these two times show great differences, thus remaining certain problems. Conclusion Reports analyz.ed according to the verification date regenerated at the end of the year have little significance. They cause the misconception as if the reporting number of infectious disease cases in the next year would be larger than that in this year.h is pro- posed that there is no need to regenerate the reports ,shieh are anaiyzed according to the verification date at the end of the year.
