摘要
对ZLX-1200型离子交换塔塔底出液装置中筛板的工作状况进行分析。在原ZLX-1200离子交换塔的基础上对筛板进行沟槽设计,并用ABAQUS软件作出应力分布图,最后对设计进行校核。筛板增加沟槽后,离子交换塔的处理量提高了9%~14%。
The work conditions of the sieve plate in bottom draining device of the ZLX-1200 ion ex change tower are analyzed. The design of sieve plate is improved by increasing grooves on the siev plate. A stress diagram is drafted by ABAQUS software, and the intensity of the sieve plate i checked. After improvement, the throughput capacity of the ion exchange tower increases by 9-14.
