摘要
儿童约束系统是车内儿童乘员保护的关键部件,为了提高儿童座椅的保护性能,减少儿童在发生碰撞事故中的伤害,文章对正在开发的某车型的ISOFIX儿童约束系统固定装置及上拉带固定点运用有限元建模的方法进行了安全性分析,得到了ISOFIX固定装置和上拉带固定点的变形结果以及可能导致的静载施加装置位移量,为设计提供了借鉴和参考。指出改进后的ISOFIX固定点能满足强度和位移要求,达到了保护儿童的目的。
Child restraint system is the key part of protection for child occupants inside vehicles. In order to improve safety performance of child seats and decrease injuries in the crash accidents, safety analysis of ISOFIX child restraint system fix device and top tether for a sedan is done by using finite element modeling in this paper. Simulation results of the deformation shape of the fix device and top tether, and the displacement value possible static load applied device is obtained. It can provide reference for design. It is indicated that improved ISOFIX fix point can meet the strength and displacement requirements and it played an important role in child protection.
