利用制酒废水产生生物絮凝剂MFHJ4的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以制酒废水作为替代培养基对HJ4菌株进行培养,考察了营养和环境条件对絮凝剂合成的影响,提取剂种类、提取剂加入量、上清液pH值等对絮凝剂提取效率的影响。结果表明,复合型生物絮凝剂MFHJ4的最佳合成条件为:COD浓度为12000mg/L,以硫酸铵为氮源,C∶N=20∶1,初始pH值为4.5,培养温度为30℃,摇床转速为150r/min,培养时间为24h;该絮凝剂的最佳提取条件为:HJ4菌株发酵培养24h后对离心上清液进行浓缩,在浓缩液中加入3倍体积无水乙醇进行提取,MFHJ4的产量为3.85g/L。 Strain HJ4 was cultured in alcohol wastewater, and the impact of nutrition and environmental conditions for the production of MBF and types of extractants, pH of concentrated liquid etc. for the extraction of MBF were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the production of MFHJ4 were as follows: COD of the alcohol wastewater was 12000mg/L, (NH4)2SO4 as nitrogen source, C : N 20 : 1, initial pH 4. 5, the temperature 30℃ and shaking speed 150rpm;Impact of various factors on the best extraction conditions. HJ4 cultured for 24h, concentrated liquid natural pH using ethanol as extracting reagent, ethanol dosage is 3 times the volume of concentrated liquid, and application of this method of purification-extraction yield reached 3.85g/L.
