摘要
针对山西电力通信网的现状,论述了建设电力应急通信系统的必要性,对目前通信技术进行了比较分析,根据电网对应急通信的需求,提出了山西电力应急通信系统的建设方案。
The necessity to build the emergency communication system in power grid is elaborated based on the present situation in shanxi province. The constructional scheme on emergency communication system of Shanxi electric power grid is proposed based on the comparison of the present communication technology and the demand of emergency communication in power grid.
