摘要 介绍225/35ZR20 90W低断面高性能轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径664 mm,断面宽231 mm,胎圈着合直径511.2 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.866 3,采用单向防水滑胎面花纹。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用1层1440dtex/3改性锦纶66浸胶帘布,带束层采用3×0.30HT钢丝帘线,冠带条采用930dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布并以S型方式缠绕,六角形钢丝圈采用Φ1.2 mm胎圈钢丝,采用半鼓式成型机头成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸满足设计要求,强度性能和脱圈阻力符合国家标准要求,耐久性能、低气压性能和高速性能良好。 The design of 225/35ZR20 90W low profile and high performance passenger radial tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 664 mm, cross-sectional width 231 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 511.2 mm, cross-sectional level ratio 0. 866 3,and using single direction and hydroplaning resistance tread pattern. In construction design, the following processes were taken: three-formula and four-piece extruded tread, 1 layer 1440dtex/3 nylon 66 cord for carcass ply, 3 × 0.30HT steel cord for belt, 930dtex/2 nylon 66 cord for cap belt strip wrapped in S form,φl. 2 mm bead steel cord for hexagonal bead ring,using the semi-flat drum to build tires and the hydraulic press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the overall dimension reached the requirements of design, the strength performance and bead unseating resistance met the requirements of national standards, and the endurance, low air pressure and speed performance were good.
