摘要
本文提出一种新型缩放排列百叶窗翅片。它与一般的顺排排列百叶窗翅片相比,具有较好的刚性,且还能保持相同的换热性能。文中应用萘升华质-热比拟技术,对缩放翅片的二维模型,即缩放排列倾斜板簇的换热与阻力特性进行试验研究。试验了沿空气流动方向的六种不同倾斜角度及三种切口长度的板簇后,应用包括进口段在内的板簇平均换热系数α相对于压力梯度(-dp/dx)的“权衡”曲线进行优化,从而为设计缩放排列的百叶窗翅片提供合理选择翅片角度的依据。
Brand new convergently-divergently louvered fins were proposed forvehicle radiators.As compared with conventional louvered fins in line,this configuration is better in rigidity with almost the same heat transferbehavior.In this study,the heat transfer and flow resistance performanceof arrays of interrupted plates positioned convergently-divergently to theair flow direetion as two-dimensional model of the fins,were studied for6 oblique angles and 3 plate lengths via the naphthalene sublimation tech-nique.Based on the experimental data,including the developing and deve-loped regions,the“trade-off”curves between mean heat transfer coefficientand pressure drop rate were drawn to optimize the oblique angle,providingthe guidance for practical uses.
